At checkout we ask two things: your website, and what worries you most about your online sales. You pay by card on the same page.
A person reviews your site
The facts are gathered automatically. The findings are written by a human who has looked at your business, because a machine cannot tell which gap actually matters to you.
The report arrives
By email, within two working days, as a PDF you own. Reply to it with questions — you'll get a real answer, not a sales sequence.

Who is this for?
Businesses. We supply this service only to customers acting in the course of a business, in the UK and internationally. We don't sell it to private individuals.
Do I need to give you access to anything?
No. The Website Check is carried out entirely from the outside, using what any customer of yours could see. No logins, no passwords, no access to your systems. If you want us to look at your actual numbers — visitors, conversion rate, what your email is earning — that's the Full Audit at £395, and it does need read-only access.
Is it automated?
Partly, and we're straight about which part. Collecting the facts is automated. Deciding which findings matter and writing them up is done by a person. That's why it takes two working days rather than two minutes, and it's the reason the report is worth reading.
What if you don't find anything?
Then we'll tell you that, send you the report showing exactly what we checked, and refund you. A business already doing everything well shouldn't pay us to say so.
Will you try to sell me something?
The report ends with what it would cost to have us do the fixes, and your £99 is credited against it — whether that's the £395 Full Audit or a build. That's the whole of it. No calls, no sequence, no chasing.
I'm outside the UK — can I buy it?
Yes. We work with businesses anywhere. Outside the UK the supply is outside the scope of UK VAT and your invoice will say so — you may need to account for tax under your own country's rules.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
